Design

Building Permit is another important document which is needed to construct a house or building which can be obtained from local revenue authorities. Detailed sketch of the building along with other documents may have to be submitted accordingly. Occupancy certificate, ownership certificate and completion certificate etc are documents needed to avail any bank loan to facilitate the house construction at various stages.
